Difficult to contact
I think Julie Willardson is a good person, but not that trustworthy as a psychiatric NP. The reason I say that is that I needed to be treated for bipolar, but when she was explaining the two types of bipolar to me, she actually switched it around. Because I've been treated for this illness for a long time, I already know the differences between bipolar type I and type II. She left me the impression that her knowledge about bipolar was lacking. The main reason I would not recommend her (besides her questionable medical knowledge) is that I had to stop seeing her because she was incommunicative. I sent her a message about how she billed the wrong insurance, and never received a reply. I accidentally missed an appointment, because her office does not give patients a reminder message or call (something that's unusual, imo). I called her about the missed appointment, but never received a reply. Then I contacted her via her website but also never received a response via email or phone.

I love julie, she has made me feel like i am truely cared for. She is great to talk to. She makes you feel like your health is important to her! My favorite doctor of all time! By far! A great lady to have in the medical field!
