Mixed experience but poor ending
Had many sessions. Some of her guidance was helpful & led to progress. Other times I felt like she judged my friendships & spoke about her own experiences too much. It all came to an end when in the last session I had with her she said “I don’t know how to help you” which is the last thing you want to hear after finding the courage to work through therapy. Initially, I thought it was a reflection on me and it made me feel dejected. But after finding a different (and better) therapist I realized that it was her that needed to explore other ways to support me & didn’t.
