Wish I could give 0 stars
I gave birth in June and Julie gave me 2 epidurals (both failed). I had previously given birth in 2022 and got an epidural then so I know what it should feel like. Both that she gave me were excruciatingly painful. She kept sighing at me and rolling her eyes saying “it shouldn’t hurt this bad. If you don’t stop I’m not doing this”. I KNOW IT SHOULDNT HURT THAT BAD. IVE HAD THEM BEFORE. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Thankfully Robert did my 3rd epidural and there was barely any pain (as expected. As it should be). And it WORKED. Julie, you should take a class on professionalism and bedside manner. You should be ashamed.
