The office was very clean and staff was very attentive. Dr. Ly explained things well and walked me through my exam nicely. She fielded a lot of questions from me helped me understand my treatment plan.
The precautions for Covid were very practical and did not interfere with my examination. Good visit.

As I read the reviews for her, some seem so uncharacteristic. Dr. Ly is very attentive, her room is very clean, the equipment is always wiped down. If you have contacts, she's at the ready for you two put on the trial ones. It's always great to know that she remembers you, even if she only sees you once a year. Yes, the building is small, but she doesn't necessarily need a big space to do her job well, which she does.

Dr Ly has been my optometrist for more than 8 years. Would not trust my eyes to anyone else. She knows what she's doing and she's quick. My exams usually takes 25 minutes and I like that she doesn't waste my time.

TERRIBLE experience here. Dr. Ly saw my 7 year old daughter, told me she had a prescription for distance vision (seeing things far away). So do I--I've worn glasses for 25 years, have a prescription of -3.50 in both eyes. I had to ask for a copy of my daughter's prescription and when I got to the other side to get her glasses it was a positive prescription for reading glasses. When I went back to Dr. Ly, she rudely blew me off, insisting that a positive prescription WASN'T for reading glasses an

Her office is very small but she always takes good care of my wife and me. Hope she gets a bigger place soon because it can get really crowded there. There's days when people are just hanging around on the outside of the front door waiting to be seen.

Our whole family sees Dr Ly every year for almost 5 years now. She was highly recommended by my coworkers, not one but 3. Both my kids are very comfortable with her and this year was my daughter's first time to get contact lenses and she was very nervous about it. Dr Ly was awesome with answering all her questions and getting her into something that she wears every day now. Would definitely recommend her.
