totally professional , makes you feel so comfortable, very knowledgeable and explains things in detail and can answer any questions . i would recommend her to everyone and anyone. she is very easy to talk to and makes everything easy to understand.

Julie was compassionate, thorough, and kind...Just felt a bit like she wanted to push for procedures which--while I agreed I would get to eventually (non-life threatening, just change-of-life related) the office staff were pushy in calling back despite my insistence I was on track, just needed better insurance to make it happen. But after the third time being called, wow.Additionally, my one and only visit, whomever was working the desk had someone else's chart in front of me facing me--I twice corrected her with, 'These aren't my records,' before she corrected herself. That's shoddy regard for HIPAA to the other patient.Overworked or understaffed shouldn't be burdening the patients, and procedures should not be pressured into a woman who has already voiced she would have completed upon better insurance.This is why I won't go back to the office. Apparently, I am an outlier experience as everyone else swears up and down by this office.

Been with Julie for years - she is truly better than any of my primary docs. Truth be told, she does their job! She is super smart. Incredibly vigilant reviewing my labs. She sends me to referrals - that meet her high standards - not always easy in Western Mass. In short, Julie goes above & beyond for her patients. She is a treasure and if she ever retires I'm going to crying for days!!!!!

I have been seeing Julie since I was 15 or 16, now 31. I absolutely love her She is knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and I trust her professional opinion. I never feel rushed, pushed into something, or embarrassed to bring something of concern up to her. If I need to speak with her, I always get a call back and leave feeling better about whatever the situation is. Diane at the front office has also been extremely helpful when dealing with some billing issues I had which I greatly appreciate.

Julie is a compassionate, understanding person. I never feel judged when speaking with her. She is knowledgeable, friendly and will gladly discuss anything you have questions about. I never feel like she is rushing to get to the next patient and I really feel heard by her.
