I have been seeing Dr. Julie Bier for more than four years. My hearing loss is severe and Dr. Bier has helped me to achieve the best hearing possible with the latest technology available. She has also worked with incredible patience to find and adjust a hearing aid mold for my sensitive damaged skin. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to help - a rare combination of professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend Better Living Audiology.

Better Living Audiology and Dr Julie Bier offer a wonderful service. The entire staff are responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take pride in caring for their patients and are quick to remedy any problems with their products. I am especial happy that when a problem occurs requiring my hearing aids to be sent for an update that they provide a pair of loaner hearing aids while mine are being fixed.

Thank you Julie for recommending and providing me with the Westone DefendEar Hunter digital hearing protection. I have to tell you that I was the envy of every hunter I was out with this year. Not only was my hearing protected, I could easily converse with my friends while duck hunting. I am also enjoying the custom molded ear plugs for working around the house.

I began seeing Dr. Bier two years ago and I am very satisfied with the service she provides. Dr. Bier holds a graduate degree in audiology and worked at the UVM Medical Center before starting her own practice. I'm confident in her recommendations and diagnostic skills because I know that unlike some other audiologists, she's not in business to simply sell hearing aids. I have recommended Dr. Bier to many of my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so. She's the best.
