I have been going to this practice for many , many years for an on going medical issue. I was assigned with this "NEW PROVIDER" I have been taking they exact same script for well over 10 years, It has taken many years of trial and error to get the right mixture to allow me to live a semi-normal life and continue to work everyday even though still in pain. I had my first appointment with this provider this morning. She was NOT friendly in any way. She asked nothing except how it was going. Then proceeded to tell me "SHE" doesn't "know" me and was not comfortable fill the same exact scripts this same office has been prescribing me for years and years. So SHE directly is trying to affect MY personal quality of life . Not sure what more of years and years of written down medical records that were in front of her she would need. It says she is from Las Vegas but she is now in Raleigh NC . BEWARE of this provider, Patient care is not in her Repertoire, Beside manor is non- existent .

I was very disappointed with this NP. I brought mu mother in for her back pain. I felt rushed to see Juliana by the front staff. When we got to talk to her, I just felt like cattle being prodded for a procedure. When I was asking to understand what her options were, she kept interrupting us saying that don't you want your mother to get help for this. This is not the bedside manner that I was hoping to get. We have since gone to another office and will not return.
