Always shows concern for my situation or current problem

Julia is a rare one. I couldn't be happier to have her as a provider. I even sent a follow up message regarding some additional testing and received a response very quickly. She's the best.

I would highly recommend Julia Wells APRN to anyone great person and takes excellent care of her patience!!!!

I brought up a prescription I was on, and asked if I needed to continue it. No one ever discusses these things automatically with me. So I have to ask. It was decided that I would discontinue the medication until my next physical.

I can only reiterate that I had an excellent experience. Julia Wells, APRN - examined me, came up with a diagnosis and prescribed medication that ultimately cured my ailment. Extremely professional, I highly recommend Julia Wells, APRN, to my family and friends for her medical knowledge, expertise and concern for her patients. I am thankful that she is my PCP.

So these are kind of difficult questions to ask I do think the care provider Really didn't know what I had because all my test results were negative, so it was kind of hard to diagnose maybe. She's very caring I like her very much that way, but I didn't feel like I left there knowing what I had or even confident the medication would work

No definitive diagnosis. Persistent ongoing problem.

I had questions for Julia when I thought she'd come back in the room she never did. I've not been able to reach her and my questions are still unanswered. I'm pretty frustrated with this experience as I have a deadline to submit medical clearance paperwork and she never said when or how I could expect to have it back.

Standard/routine level of care. Unimpressed but not let down either.I filled out the mental health and PTSD screen before entering the exam room. I listed that I had depression issues as well as PTSD...NEVER was this addressed by the provider...what is the point in asking a patient about this if you're not going to discuss it with them? Just to make them feel horrible about themselves? How would it look if a patient went home and chose to act on those feelings because they were too scared to vocalize it but strong enough to check a box. That is unacceptable

No follow-up call given or results offered after a week even though they had them. If I didn't call to ask may not have gotten them at all. Since I had an ongoing cholesterol problem this lack of communication was unacceptable to me.

The staff seemed more concerned with the newborn baby of one of the staff members than my concerns.

There has been no follow-up whatsoever with regard to diagnosis/treatment for me.

Julia Wells has been my PCP for years and always takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. I trust her with my care. She is compassionate and thorough.

Best service I've had since my old primary care retired

Julia has been my main health care provider for four years now. She is excellent. She listens and asks the right questions, is professional, yet personable, and is very responsive to my needs. She has often made appointments within the day or the next day when necessary and I have never had to wait long at all in the office. The office staff and other professionals there are very good. It's important to me to get prompt attention as well as recommendations to other providers when necessary. I had originally made the selection on reading reviews of the doctor who apparently runs the practice, but I have been extremely pleased with her in all our dealings, and have no wish to make any change.

Julia is wonderful! She is calm and relaxed and gives you her full attention. She listens attentively and then asks pertinent questions, then researches if necessary for the best solution, explaining as she goes. Best medical professional I have dealt with in decades!
