I strongly advise against seeing nurse practitioner Julia Smith. She's known me for 15 years as the father of four successful children. As a healthcare provider she strongly suggested that I come to her Clinic. I only used one Pharmacy and have been for 23 years. I came to her for pain management and left with two prescriptions which I brought you my Pharmacy of 23 years. Inexplicably I received a phone call from her telling me that her boss was angry at her and she did not know why but she could not be my healthcare provider but this left me in a dire situation since now seeking another alternative I feel my record as a patient has been tarnished. I have done nothing wrong. Julia Smith is an ill-advised Health scare practitioner because Healthcare is true care not to profile!
