Julia is a dedicated caring wonderful therapist. I have disc problems in my lower back and also in my neck and she helped me learn how to deal with both issues. Not only are those problems better but I know how how to deal with them going forward. I learned from Julia that you have to put in the effort but it is worth it. The return is worth the effort. I highly recommend Julia to anyone with back or neck issues.
