I have been in therapy with Judy for several years due to issues with depression and anxiety, as well as an ongoing battle with PTSD. Judy is a compassionate, knowledgeable therapist with a high level of integrity . When I first came to Judy I did not trust anyone and was very isolated. Through my work with her learned trust her, which then allowed me to trust others and now I can happily say I have an amazing circle of people in my life.
