She was very rushed and snappy with me. Didn’t help me with half the things I asked for and I had waited almost 3 hours. I forgot to add a medication to my list which she made sure I knew she was mad about and promptly left so a nurse could finish with me

She was the doctor on call for the medical group I go to. She called back only after I called the second time and after I waited 2 and one half hours later. She seemed angered by my call. The information she had to convey was pertinent but she did it in a way that suggested that I was foolish to have called and had no sympathy for the pain I was in. After that she regreted her snarkiness and relented by calling in a prescription for me. I was left totally confused by it all.
