She has been treating my daughter for about three years but has never taken the time to really listen to her and get to know her. She does not spend much time with her during her phone visits which my daughter has asked many times to have switched to in person but they never were until very recently. She seems to forget from visit to visit why she is even seeing her. She is rude, interrupts frequently not giving her a chance to tell her what has happened between visits which is usually a lot. My daughter had a brain tumor and now suffers from epilepsy and some other deficits that requires extra time and treatment depending on what has transpired between appointments but this seems to annoy her rather than it being something she needs to address and discuss. She is just a poor excuse for a provider in my opinion and I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years myself.
