They clinic itself is under staffed. Joyce however, is great!

National Spine & Pain Sucks
I have been a patient at National Spine & Pain for the past 7+ years. Over the past year, their customer and patient services have declined. They NEVER return calls, most staff are rude, most staff lies, and my last two urinalysis were incorrect. They tried telling me something was in my system when I know for a fact that nothing was! This is not only happening at the Hagerstown office, but the Winchester and Lansdowne locations as well (I have two separate friends who this has happened to as well)!!!
