Re: my most recent appt, which was virtual. My comments are applicable to all my appts, in the clinic & virtual, w/Joyce Danter, Board Certified Adult & Gerontologic NP & the Radford and Associates staff. I've been a client of Radford and Associates for about 15 years. Highly recommend Joyce & this group.Great front office staff as far as ease in making an appt. The appt was scheduled for very next day. Same day work-in appts are available when needed.Back office assistant was polite, caring & responsive, as always. She called before virtual appt to be sure I was checked in properly to the 'virtual waiting room.' Also obtained my vital signs, as I have the means to check these at home.Joyce was on time. She listened & she cared. She included my wishes in the healthcare decision-making. Joyce is friendly while remaining professional. She & her assistant return calls promptly. Joyce provides me copies of all test results & sends reports to my specialists. Much appreciated!

I have been going to Dr. Joyce for many years and she is one of the best doctors i have ever gone to. She is very thorough and her bedside manner is a 10+. She helped me when no other doctor could find what was wrong. She will always be my doctor.

Joyce Danter is one of the finest, most detailed, caring, engaging, responsible, and compassionate, medical professionals I have ever seen. Joyce Danter is truly extraordinary. I say this after having been to doctors at some of the must reputable clinics, specialists and university hospitals in the USA (such as The Mayo Clinic, Presbyterian University in Pittsburg, Scripts La Jolla and UC-Irvine (in California), and others.

Terrible administration here and now understanding doctors equally callous. Front desk represents office rudely and inconsiderately. Personal relationships with the doctor are not promoted here, just get in and pay. I signed up for special evaluation programs and there was never a follow up by the doctor, sometimes the revolving door of nurses would report on my evaluation but a lot of times it felt like the nurses didn’t know exactly how to explain. This place was not worth the many frustrations. I stayed there a long time out of convenience but now regret.

It started out pretty good as Dr Danter was my primary care. Actually her girls run the whole show including referrals. I have been in pain and I tried to get referral through one of her girls And I got a little emotional about it., Because I just worked doing their job. After the three initial visits Dr Danter started charging my account hundred and something dollars I didn’t pick up on right away. She was not turning these into insurance, and I don’t call I’m not gonna call up there, because like I said her girls run the place. The main one is rude and the nice way. No I don’t recommend her

She also gets negative reviews removed. Avoid like the plague.
