I have dealt with Joyce on many different occasions. Incredible communication, very thorough and very easy to reach and communicate with. Top notch professional.

I highly suggest never seeing, Joyce Aliseo!!! I have never been treated, nor talked to, so poorly by anyone in the medical field. For 2 weeks my kids have been spiking high fevers, horrible coughing, not breathing well at night. She saw my 2 children and I (MEDICATED) keep in mind we were left waiting for quite awhile because the scheduler scheduled me and not the children too. They added my children to the schedule while we were there. She gave me antibiotics but not my children. The next day my son woke up with 103.7 fever. It's getting worse so I called again. A nurse calls me to say again that it's just viral. THEN this Joyce Aliseo calls me. She starts off by telling me again it's just viral. She asked me " Amanda, what would I even be giving antibiotics for!? I checked them out and no signs of infection, or fevers." I told her she gave them to me and we all have the same thing. Keep in mind the way she was talking to me was very condescending, like I'm an idiot. Then she says,

Listens to you, knowledgeable, straightforward, and flexible.

As good as any physician and better than most.
