Joy expertly read from a form (I had already filled out) the first 15 minutes of the visit, asked me to re-answer all of the questions on the form, filled out the form, and then told me the results of the form. When expressing my concerns and other symptoms that may not align with the diagnosis, she did a fantastic job of ignoring those and re-reading the form results. If you're looking for a healthcare provider that does not get wrapped up in silly things like treating you with dignity, being concerned for your well-being, or even smiling, then I could not possibly make a higher recommendation for Joy. If you are searching for comfort, feeling understood, and hope that you can find peace or relief from your suffering, then those small hang-ups might prevent this from being a good fit. Hopefully, "express human empathy" will be added to the form in the future to alleviate these absolutely trivial concerns.

The staff is helpful, professional and friendly. My appointment is by telemed. So staff calls a few mintues before my session to get any new information etc for my files and payment if necessary. Then my NP calls me, we talk about how my life has been going since last visit. We discuss any new issues I want to discuss. They take the time to listen to me. Then after our call I get a call from staff to schedule my next visit.

The staff was very friendly & communicated well for my first appointment. Joy-Liz was professional, compassionate & listened to what I said during my appointment. Highly recommend Novo & Joy-Liz Robinson.

Joy was very sensitive to hearing me out while remaining direct and to the point which I appreciate. The plan of care was made very clear to me and we're making adjustments as we move forward. The NOVO staff treated me gently when I was in a very fragile state and are very patient with me getting back to them. I don't normally leave reviews, but when I saw all the complaints I felt moved to talk about the overwhelmingly positive experience I've had. The care I've received turned my life around 180 and I'm seeing improvements every day thanks to it.

My spouse is a patient and I left a message regarding a lot of concern with his medications and dosage because when he gets them filled he terrorizes us for days, making paranoid accusations, becoming abusive with me in every way possible, gaslighting, threatening,and accusing me of extremely psychotic things, like taking my uncle with me to the vet to get ketamine since he's a horse breeder, he's also DECEASED. I have even gone so far as to take a drug test to no avail. When I expressed my concern after another episode I got no response se. I did not want info or to violate HIPAA, just to give info out of concern. So today when he called wanting MORE medication, they told him that if I call again they will have me arrested. FOR WHAT JOY? FOR CALLING OUT YOUR INCOMPETENCE? I see why this cash cow pill mill has low ratings.

Staff starts calling 90 min before the appointment to collect a co-payment. If you're unable to answer because you're in another appointment don't worry they will hound you until you pick up. Then 20 min after my appointment was supposed to start I get a phone call asking if they can reschedule. I have never in my life worked with a less professional environment.

1 star, Since I’m unable to leave “0” stars. Extremely rude staff and NP. Unable to get anyone on the phone ever. Only wanted the my money. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want someone with compassion and knowledge regarding mental health.

Just another practice that only cares about money. If you’re not passionate about helping others you shouldn’t be in this line of work.
