Joy Rice, NPC

I didn’t make my appointment with Joy Rice, but the doctor wasn’t there so she was filling in. From the start to finish she was very unprofessional. When explaining to her I was in a lot of pain, she belittling me saying I was making it up for attention. I’m self-pay so why would I spend all that money if something wasn’t really bothering me. Her actual words were “I don’t have time for this” when I asked to go over my blood work. My glucose was high and they found trace of bacteria in my urine. I was not explained anything regarding my tests. She also prescribed me the wrong medication without ever having tested me for what that medicine was used for. She asked me why I looked so nervous and shaky, and I replied I haven’t had anything to eat or drink which is procedure before getting blood test. People tend to shake if they go without eating. Basically, it was the worst treatment I’ve ever received from anyone in the medical field.
