Billing department double billed. MY error, I paid twice. Over four months and they still cant process a REFUND. The billing dept didn't have the honor to catch the error but more than willing to cash BOTH of my checks. Waiting on the corporate office to decide when they feel like issuing a refund.His service was GREAT but, he needs a BETTER BILLING DEPT.
