Josh was easy to talk to, provided an additional assessment and was honestly more helpful getting my issues resolved than my primary care doctor. He also was way more knowledgeable about the details of what I'm dealing with.

This provider is terrible. The initial appointment went well. I recently moved to the area and needed a new psychiatrist. He kept me on the same meds. I went to fill them and he had never called them into my pharmacy. I have called daily leaving messages for the clinic and no no one returns calls, can never get a live person on the phone. I had to finally go to my family doctor because I have medications I can't suddenly stop. This is grossly irresponsible when you are dealing with mental health. Do not under any circumstances visit this provider OR clinic.

My initial consultation with him was great (even though he was a half hour late). By the second month it took 3 emails and 4 days to get a refill on my meds, and by the third month he didn’t show up to a zoom meeting and disappeared leaving me with no medication. Several calls and emails and he never responded. Had to find a new provider. I hope he is ok, because leaving your patients with no meds, support, or communication is very dangerous.

I would never recommend him to anyone I cared about. He did an ok job on initial visit, although he did send my prescription to wrong pharmacy. But after initial visit he COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. To say that he is neglectful would be an understatement. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!

Very poor experience. Did not respond to several vital emails or calls. The beginning of my services were very good, but I can’t justify seeing him or even trying to reach him anymore.

Dr Raufman is a nice guy and my initial visit was helpful, but he has no ability to help his patients keep up a plan of medication. He requires that you email him to get your prescription refilled, and sometimes doesn’t reply for days or at all, and has sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy despite me explicitly saying which pharmacy I needed it to (the pharmacy he had sent it to before). After my second month of medication management he completely stopped replying to me, I have sent him more than 10 emails and 3 phone messages. It was incredibly unprofessional and I was left without psychiatric medication for nearly a month until I could find a new psychiatrist. He clearly takes clients in for initial visits and then with no warning just disappears. Don’t waste your time or money.

Lies about fees and will send you to collections. Terrible practice. Stay away.
