Poor conflict management
It's hard to choose a star rating for Josh -- when things are fine, he's a 5-star therapist, but when you and he are in conflict, he's a 0-star therapist. He is by your side when you are frustrated with anything and everything else in your life, but if you are frustrated with him, his behavior takes a defensive, unprofessional turn. This can range from petty and obnoxious (canceling sessions at the last minute, laughing at inappropriate times) to outright dangerous (refusing to engage with or refer out a suicidal patient, refusing outside consultation). In short, he has not had a problem exploiting the power differential at times of stress -- causing harm that eventually outweighs the good.
