My son went for 2 visits for Psychological testing. We were initially scheduled for 3 visits and a minimum of 8 hrs of testing. The 1st visit did take about 2 hours. The next visit which was supposed to take 3 hours for the test was over in under an hour. The receptionist called us a few days after the 2nd visit and canceled the 3rd visit and told us that Josh was done with his testing and canceled the last appt. She said we should receive the results by email within 2-3 weeks, that was in October 2020 and it is now almost February 2021 and I have called several times to request them, each time I am told that Josh is being sent an email and I should receive the results soon. I am very disappointed as he did bill our insurance and receive full payment but we did not receive any results. These reports were needed to update my sons 504 plan at school. Very unprofessional and unethical practice in my opinion.

I received therapy services from Josh for about 6 months. I found his methodology to be decent. He uses EMDR, which facinated me and seemed effective in treating trauma related issues. I was not impressed with his billing procedures and the absorbitant amount that was charged for a no-show. Due to this, I have found an alternative provider.
