Immediate results from every visit. Dr. Horne is friendly and personable, putting me at ease. I have had back severe pain for the past year. Enough for me to be put off of work for two weeks. I told Dr. Horne my symptoms, set an appointment, and was back at work after two treatments. This doctor, and the entire team at Capitol Rehab is truly remarkable.
