He did not introduce himself upon entering ED bed area; he had someone shadowing him whom he did not introduce; he didn’t seem interested in knowing my husband’s significant history; he ordered X-rays and refused to order a ct scan that would provide different views, and confirm what my husband and I already knew; when I went to the nursing station to speak with him, he told me “wait a minute”- not I’ll be right with you, not please just let me finish what I’m doing…. He was sitting in front of a computer; when he did approach me, he curtly said “ yes” vs how may I help you; he sent an rx to the pharmacy and never said a thing. We found out from the LPN completing the ED discharge. Josh was arrogant, unprofessional, had very poor communication skills, and didn’t seem concerned about my husband’s situation at all.
