Was personally assured by him several times that I could come into the vision center any time to pick up a specific box of contacts, and that they were kept in stock. He knew that I would leave the state shortly and promised it would be no problem to come in and pick up the contacts in question. -Staff has no record of those contacts being approved for me. -They're not in stock, staff says "We don't even stock that in -4.50. -Dr. is unreachable by phone middle of the workday, middle of week
