In my opinion you can't get any better than Joe Gallagher! I truly believe that my mother would not be with us today If not for Joe! I myself have been to several Doctors in my life time and Never come across anyone that truly cares as much as he does. We have called him at all hours and even on weekends and he has never made us feel like we were bothering him. Most Doctors today don't even have answering services.You have to go to ER. He truly cares!!!! He has been a BLESSING !! Thank you Joe
