Joe has a great bedside manner, he clearly looks at the big picture when treating. Focused assessment is great, as well as communication and gathering patient history. I could tell right away he thinks outside the box. He finds the connections between symptoms and treats accordingly. One of the few, that has actually asked what I expected from him. I certainly feel more comfortable asking him anything, than I did with the previous PA.
