When my son was 18 months old, he suffered a severe water burn. I'm not sure if Jose was new in his field but he chose to ignore the truth which multiple people witnessed and decided I had burned my child with a clothing iron. My son was taken from me because I chose to get him medical care. Luckily, for me and my family, the police officer handling the case knew the difference between a water burn and an iron burn and had burn specialists prove me not guilty.
