POOR COMMUNICATION
Messages that I have left on the answering service have never been returned. My pharmacy requests med review via fax; they give me dates and number they fax, but Dr.Parker claims she never got the faxes. I hand delivered the forms to her office, yet no response. I cannot get my migraine meds, which I need to be able to function and work. I get the impression that I am being ghosted.
