I tore my rotator cuff in a motorcycle accident and had surgery that left me completely unable to function on that side. I couldn't sleep or perform basic activities without excruciating pain. After therapy with Proof PT, I have full range of motion back as well as strength. This shop is thorough and listens well, which is not something that every Dr. or PT is good at (I hate those visits where you get 5 minutes with the doc and they don't hear a thing you say.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would highly recommend anyone having issues with pain to come here for a PT evaluation. Its hard work and can be a little uncomfortable at time but they are always giving you new exercises to push you further every session.

Knowledge, passion, dedication and personal attention...this PT shop has it all. I have experienced several shops, and I would offer Dr. Williams and his staff my highest recommendation. If you’re looking for a positive outcome, this is the place to go

Jordan's aggressive (while wise & balanced) approach got me back in action quickly and with full strength after a collarbone break.

Dr Williams drew a picture of the muscles involved in my shoulder pain and explained how a program of stretching and strength training would relieve my pain. Dr. Williams and Amanda worked with me enabling me the confidence to continue this program at home and on the job. I am grateful for Proof Physical Therapy.

I first went to proof to help relieve pain in my shoulder from working at desk all day long and was happy with the results. So when I developed tendonitis in both of my elbows and my own "PT" was not cutting it, I went back to proof. After going to Proof twice weekly for about 6 weeks and doing the exercises they suggested at home, my elbows are feeling much better. On the last day we reviewed exercises to continue at home (including repetitions, how much weight and how many times a week) so that I can remain pain free, which is a must after coming so far.

I have a PT for life. I am very active and have had three different opportunities to work with Jordan for three different issues. Each time I have left in a much better place than when I arrived. Jordan and his staff KNOW their field. Jordan takes the time to work with you, to make sure you are doing the exercises right, and constantly evaluating your progress. This is not a one time run through with a list of exercises. This is someone working with you. I have recommended Jordan to all my friends and family. Don't talk about it Proof it!

My experience at Proof Physical Therapy was beyond my expectations. Working with Dr. Williams and Amanda Kimmel eased my pain and increased my strength. Their personal attention to my problems was most rewarding.

I highly recommend Jordan and his practice. I came in with a new tear in one shoulder, and old tear(s) in my other shoulder. Jordan provided an exercise program, explained everything that I was doing, and answered all my questions. Both of my shoulders are now much stronger and more stable. I have been to several physical therapists previously for my older shoulder injuries and the treatment at Proof PT was much more effective. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Williams and would recommend him. I felt that he listened to me and developed a good plan of care. I went twice a week for a few weeks and also did exercises at home, which may have also contributed to the healing.

Jordan has helped me with my low back, neck, & now my right foot issues. He always takes time to evaluate & explain what's going on including pictures so I can work with him in targeting the appropriate muscle. The exercises he gives are very specific targeting the affected area to restore health and balance. I notice a difference in the first couple of sessions. I've recommended Jordan to a couple friends and they too had good results. Bottom line I'll continue to refer people to Jordan!!!

I came in after pulling my hamstring January 2018 and he knew exactly what exercises I needed to help stretch that hamstring out. He evaluated me and was very thorough as to what his findings were. I am on week 5 and alread feel 10x better. I highly recommend Jordan and his practice.

I spent over $500 out of pocket and felt worse in the end then when I went in. I don't feel Jordan really took the time to investigate and understand the root cause of my pain, and just gave me the regular PT exercises given to so many others. I did these exercises daily, but with no change in my discomfort and pain. In addition, he often has his volunteer staff working with you, and doesn't write down what he wants you to do; you just have to remember it all. Not a good experience!
