Jordan is amazing and takes time to answer all my questions and helps me to not have anxiety! She has done my 2 TKR with Dr. Eflier.

I was very impressed with the entire staff. Jen at the front desk was a doll, the PA was so very sharp & knowledgeable. Then I met with Dr Eric Eifler who was just wonderful. He gave me so much information regarding alternative procedures to a total knee replacement. Originally, I went there for a second opinion, now I am not sure whether he will be my first choice.

Everyone there rocks! As far as Jordan, she rocks too! I have never seen, in all my years, a more professionally run office. Dr. Eifler, Jordan Curtis, and all the staff! Have an appointment? you’re within minutes and no half hour to an hour wait for someone to actually see you. Besides that my total knee replacement is working great. It has been one year and no problems.

Jordan and Dr Eifler have always been very patient centered in their approach, very calm, compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend these two providers for anything orthopedic!! Very encouraging.

Jordon, the PA, was professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and concerns. She is an asset to the practice.

We’ve had 3 appts here. We’ve seen literally 50 doctors over the last 5 years. Many of them could learn much from Jordan and Dr Eifler. They’re kind, take time to explain things and do not talk to you like you’re an idiot. Also great office staff all around. 5 stars in all areas!

If I could give this provider more than five stars I would. It has been a great experience starting with the office staff. I saw Jordan Curtis first and she got the ball rolling with the required tests, and then the follow-up from Dr. Eiffler was outstanding. Very efficient and caring. I highly recommend this provider. Outstanding in their field!

Jordan is an extremely caring person. I had concerns about my knee exercises and sprain behind my knee. She listened and provided some great information to follow up with. I also received a cortisone shot in both knees.The first shot was painful since Jordan had to find an opening under the knee cap due to bone on bone but the next day the shot was a breeze even though the second knee was also bone on bone. Her review of my X-rays and history ahead of my appointment was the key to our success!
