I cannot say enough about how thankful I am that Jordan was my dad’s provider when he had his heart surgery. She explained everything to our family and was so patient and kind. She checked in on my dad constantly and was a huge support. She and the surgeons did an awesome job, and my dad has fully recovered thanks to them! I would definitely recommend Jordan and her team to anyone needing heart surgery.

Incredibly thoughtful and thorough healthcare provider! We knew we were in good hands, as she took time to help us understand and learn about the condition, walked us through all next steps and her genuine bedside manner is what every patient deserves.

We can’t say enough great things about Jordan. She was very compassionate and professional with a wonderful bedside manner, and that’s extremely hard to find these days. She made me feel empowered to make my own medical decision when it came to the options I was given. She was understanding of all my concerns, while also speaking with wisdom and honesty when discussing plans and treatments. She believes in her patients and you can tell she loves her work. Medical issues can be scary or intimidating at times, but having someone like Jordan in your corner, can make that journey feel a little less scary.

I’ve never left a review, but I feel it’s pertinent in this case. My mother had surgery and I had to ask for another provider. She made multiple mistakes and relayed incorrect information to us. She was unprofessional and missed social cues while making “jokes” at inappropriate times while we were in the midst of a serious surgery attempting to get answers about post-op recovery. I would not recommend working with her.
