I went to Jonathan for help dealing with severe anxiety and depression. Over about a year of treatment we were able to make massive improvements on both of those issues as well as a handful of others (destructive behaviors, intrusive thoughts, and uncontrollable muscle cramps) that it didn’t even occur to me that therapy could help. Most importantly, Jonathan has given me new insight into myself, my emotions, and how to interact with the world around me. My work with Jonathan has been invaluable.
