JoLynn has been nothing but kind and respectful. She listened to what I had taken before, what worked and what didn’t and she’s listened when I needed adjustments. Always super on top of everything and I’ve never had to run out of meds between visits

She always responds very quickly and efficiently. Has never been late to or cancelled any appointment or video chat. Always very kind and respectful while also being time efficient . Super on top of everything usually has answers to questions before I even ask I definitely recommend!

Communication lacked transparency, leading to misunderstandings about our relationship. Was accused of undervaluing her services upon querying a bill. She abruptly ended our relationship, first citing my supposed lack of respect, then discomfort over discussing billing with my wife. Billing practices were inconsistent with the service nature, raising accuracy concerns. Filed a formal complaint with the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

She is BAD Really non professional and arrogant. Told me the meds I had been on for years were out of date and when I said they worked for me she said “oh so you know more than me? “ i just moved to this state and needed appointment quick. I see why I got in with her. She is really really awful.I went elsewhere

Mrs. Gaither Wilson is the most unprofessional therapist/nurse practitioner I have ever met. She was 15 minutes late to my appointment and once she answered she greeted me by saying "I just spoke to you on Monday, do you remember? What do you need? Do you remember do you remember?" I had my child next to me since it was a telephone call and she said she would not speak to me because he was making too much noise. I told her how my medication is making me feel very depressed and also experience many other bad side effects. We spoke a little more, I raised my voice with her out of frustration (as she did to me) which I realize is wrong and then she said to me "just speak to someone else, I don't want to speak to you." And ended up hanging up on me. I tried to join the call again and she kicked me out of the waiting room. She also admitted to only prescribing me my medication because of my history, she didn't even hear my current problems out so I feel I was treated with medication incorre

She was in a hurry, tried to put me on four meds at one time as a person new to psyche meds. I sAid I was not comfortable, basically said take it or not, shes the boss. Outa there
