Awesome! I went after knee replacement surgery and later back surgery. John is knowledgeable, caring, fun, explains things well and willing to answer questions. I am still getting help from him and most grateful that I found this wonderful physical therapist!

John is the only therapist that goes by what a person needs, not by a boilerplate script. Most therapists pull out a sheet and has you go through line by line without discussing the issue and needs of the individual. John certainly goes way beyond that way of treating people. His understanding and treatment goes to what can be tolerated and he takes his time listening to all the patients needs and concerns.

I've been seeing Mr. Whittles for three months now and it has been a terrific help. Over the last few years I had lost strength in my legs to the point that I could go up stairs only with great difficulty. Mr. Whittles puts me through a rigorous regime of exercises, some on a table and some on the machines he has. I used to lift weights when I was younger but never had a workout like this! I was in really bad shape when I started and it's paid off handsomely - I can now do things easily that I could not do at all before. This has been a godsend and I give him my best recommendation.

I am a very happy patient. John definitely knows his stuff and explains stretches and excercises that are aiding in the pain management of my long term back issues. I like his no rush approach. I am very happy I found his practice.
