Dr. John Vigna, PSY.D

I started to see Dr. Vigna after my mom passed. I was having a very difficult with my grief. I was the primary care taker from the beginning of her illness thru to hospice and then ultimately was with her when she passed. Dr. Vigna really helped me work thru the issues that I was having. He was very patient and had a way with explaining things that made sense. He offered some really good suggestions on some reading materials that helped as well. But he has a very no nonsense, logical, practical approach that helped me sort thru things and really helped me thru a very difficult, depressing time in my life. I actually went back to Dr. Vigna a few years later when I was thinking of having gastric bypass surgery. I wanted to make sure that I was in the right frame of mind to make such a drastic medical decision. Once again, he helped me tremendously. He helped me weigh thru the pros and cons so that I could make a good, sound decision. I highly recommend Dr. Vigna!! :-)

I have been going to dr vigna since 2009. There are know words to say how much he has helped me. No matter what I need to talk about dr vigna always has a sensible answer for me. He is kind and sympathetic.I also like how he dresses and not in a suit and tie, it makes more easy to talk to. If someone needs serious help you need to see dr vigna. Very professional. You will not be disappointed.
