Years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I was under the care of an M.D. who had me on Levothyroxin. My bloodwork was always in the normal range, so I continued the medication given me. Since moving to Washington, I have been under the care of Dr. Sherman, who immediately did labs including labs my regular M.D. never ordered and found that my thyroid antibodies were extremely elevated and Dr. Sherman diagnosed me with Hashimoto disease. He has changed my med and diet and I feel great!
