Disappointed
I am disappointed that I called Dr. Sandy's office to schedule an appointment. I was asked by the person who answered the phone why I wanted to see him (which I felt I should not have had to say why but I told her) and I was told, "I tell Dr. Sandy and see what he says about scheduling and I will call you back." Well, I never received a call back. I think it's a shame when people reach out for help and can't even receive a call back.
