He further injured my injured foot.
This physical therapist furiously rubbed my injured foot with a metal scraping tool, on an area where I had painful Plantar Fasciitis that made it difficult for me to walk, for several minutes, it burned with pain and I sat there tolerating it trusting that what he was doing was normal as he seemed to have a long duration of experience, after a few minutes of him talking with agitated pressured speech, he went "Oh, was this blister here before?" It most certainly was not there before, he then got a syringe needle and poked around inside the blister until it bled, it took almost 3 months for the blister to heal. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
