He is mainly interested in psychoanalysis and is anti-medication. Hence, if you are self-absorbed and wealthy, he is the psychologist for you.

Dr. Herman helped me greatly with anxiety and insomnia. This was more than the normal "talk therapy." I learned some strategies and tools for managing stress. When I first started seeing Dr. Herman, I was sleeping very little, <2 hours a night on average. After approximately 3 months I can sleep on average 6 hours without the use of sleep aids. Thank you!!
