Dr. Demboski is always very attentive and helpful. He doesn't do harsh adjustments like other chiropractors we've seen. He makes helpful suggestions for lifestyle changes to help healing. When I began seeing him, I could barely straighten up to walk and climbing in and out of the car was a struggle. Now, I am much more fluid in movements and pain has lessened. It can be a little hard to schedule last minute appointments, but will try to work you in, depending on severity.

I had never gone to a chiropractor before but I found Dr. John friendly and knowledgeable.I decided to continue with the appointments. I found after a few treatments that I was more flexible and energetic. I have had neck problems off and on for years, taking muscle relaxants that just make me sleepy. I have had two episodes while going to Dr. John and found relief after the treatments. This alone would keep me going to him. A very nice young man.
