WARNING
WARNING! I called to ask if they took my Cigna Eye Insurance and they do not! They told me that they did but really they take Cigna Medical Insurance and are part of NO eye insurance program. Then they diagnosed me with cataracts and sent me a bill for a medical exam to 'have my cataracts looked at'. Then to make matters worse. I went there to get a new prescription (not for a medical exam) and they were too lazy to even give me a prescription, they instead told me ' I am too old to get a new prescription' . I am only 55, and I do not have cataracts. This place is just here to take your money. WARNING!And just another note, as others have mentioned. The medical exam is excessive if they at why you are going and the people that work there are a very unhappy lot. The whole experience was aweful and I will definitely not recommend or return!
