Johanna Pule, LCSW

The tween age years are TOUGH. Johanna has been so helpful to my daughter, who loves that extra person (not her mother) to talk to who doesn't have any expectations--and will just listen. Johanna helps her build her "toolbox" of self-care, positive self-image, and recognition that will hopefully carry her well into adulthood. We so appreciate Johanna.

Late for sessions, website to book appointments doesn't work, doesn't answer emails asking to reschedule appointments. Johanna changed her office location without sending any notification prior to a session, and when I showed up to her old office, she promptly charged me the full appointment amount for a missed appointment. She claimed she sent me an email informing me she changed her address, which I did not receive. I asked her to forward me this non-existent email she claims she sent to me, which of course she could not. She later claimed she would refund me the money, but she has not lived up to her word. Those are just the facts of my experience with Johanna.
