Intially due to Internet speed issues - trouble connecting for the Telehealth session appointment time. So many exploit the internet during pandemic-it seems to put a lot of strain on Internet speed. Telehealth is very accepted now. Resolved connectivity with a second try. First impressions: she is a terrific listener. She is very sensitive to concerns I have that I'm not proud of. Although I believe she asked "intake questions" that are 911 like procedure (I guess There's no choice) the 2nd session is more assuring because she had more TIME to actually hear me. I see therapy isnt something that can be resolved in one or two sessions and most of my friends are unrealistic about this is something that could be done on the spot. Now that I'm starting therapy I realize this isn't really true. What impressed me most was her knowledge of OCD and other diagnosis I've had. I thought I've only seen her a few times... And I've never told her that I had OCD..she knew
