Couples Therapy Session

I recently attended a couples therapy session with my wife, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The therapist seemed biased, consistently siding with my wife and placing all the blame for her behavior squarely on my shoulders. Rather than fostering a balanced dialogue, it felt like I was being unfairly targeted and criticized throughout the session. This one-sided approach was neither productive nor fair, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I would not recommend this therapist to anyone looking for balanced and impartial couples counseling.
