Ins. had me call for an eye appt. From 1st second w/Receptionist, she was SO RUDE! Everything she said during the conversation, not listening to my q, not listening as I was answering her qs, asking me VERY RUDELY for my last name after I had already given her my name, through my asking prices STILL BEING RUDE to me, to my last statement which was, ok I am going to call someone else bc you are being too aggressive and she said, OKAAAAAY BYYYYEEE even aggressively. I'm calling my insurance to rep
