i've been going to therapists for years, only because all of my psychiatrists forced me to. i hated going and it did nothing for me, but jody is the first therapist that i can say has helped me. i actually enjoy going to therapy now and i voluntarily schedule regular appointments. i believe she is the only, or one of the only, therapists in town who has edmr, which is the first therapy technique that has ever helped me. she is also very knowledgeable about the newest trends in the mental health field. she is very nonjudgmental and she is the only therapist i've ever felt comfortable telling everything to. i highly recommend her.
