I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from Jodie... I had a painful nerve/muscle issue which I initially tried to resolve via chiropractic care, message therapy, and acupuncture-- None of these worked or even saw any progress, so I was fairly skeptical about PT. I had basically accepted that pain was my life now. Anyways, I came under the care of Jodie and she had since regained my faith in a pain free (aka “normal") life. I think I even saw progress the very first session. She's very laid back, understanding, and supportive. Jodie far exceeded my expectations.

My physical therapist Jodie has been so amazing on my journey to recovery! It’s hasnt been easy but she keeps me distracted with great conversation during each session! We are very vulnerable when we have to go see a physical therapist and I always leave with more confidence than what I came in with!

Therapydia has made a painful experience... A really great one? Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. Jodie is so knowledgeable and explains everything so well. She has really made a difference in my pain levels, strength and overall consciousness of how my body should be working. I couldn't recommend her (or the facility) more!

Jodie is excellent at stepping me through the whole process. Very engaged and knows my situation as she too plays ice hockey. Sports commonality aside she is an outstanding therapist. Highly recommended.

I have never done PT before so I didn’t know what to expect my first time walking in. Jodie immediately made me feel comfortable and explained everything that she was doing as we went along. I look forward to coming in to my sessions and am confident that Jodie has me on the right path to recovery.

Jodie is an awesome therapist. I've been seeing her at Therapydia Lake Oswego since last year and we've worked through knee and shoulder injuries. She always made sure that I'm challenged enough without rushing me through recovery. Last summer, just when I thought I was all better and about to finish with my PT, I found out that I was pregnant. I continued to see Jodie to help with the pregnancy aches and pains and she has helped a ton. I'm planning on seeing her again for post-partum therapy.

I went to Therapydia Portland nearly every week for about 4 months for mobility issues with my knees, ankles and hips and worked with Jodie McGinlay. My experience was nothing but exceptional! Jodie always took the time to explain things to me. I never felt rushed through a session and she was very good at listening and asking how things feel. I'm generally a fairly shy person but felt very comfortable working with Jodie. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great PT!

The staff at Therapydia are friendly and scheduling appointments is easy. I sprained my knee a few weeks before a big performance and thanks to Jodie's help, I was still able to dance in the show! She really listened to my concerns and was kind enough to follow-up after our appointments with detailed notes on the recommended exercises to do.
