Unpleasant personality, tries to get in and out as fast as possible, after 6 months of same issue she continued to only offer the same recommendation that did not work the first time, physically harmed me during examination with no apology, found out she never even saw my MRI images before giving same recommendation that didn't work previously

Rude. No personality. Cuts you off mid sentence like you are stupid and she is some kind of John Hopkins expert. FAIL ??

Unpleasant, insensitive, prejudiced, and not concerned whatsoever with the wellbeing of the patient. She just gets patients in and out, and does not take attention to detail or feelings of the patient. Sooner or later someone will not take her neglect as well and sue for malpractice. I had an allergic reaction to a prescribed medication and she did nothing. She just told her assistant to let me know "It should be fine," as I writhed in pain. Will NEVER be going back to Parkview Ortho Express!

Very rude, arrogant, and egocentric. I was referred to the Orthoexpress clinic for a broken hand. The x-ray clearly showed angulation and displacement of the joint. Jodi decided not to do anything about it even after I questioned her. She said, "It will heal." She was right, it did heal, but my hand is still deformed. Due to her lack of common sense, I now have to have surgery when the entire situation could have been easily fixed in the beginning.
