Appointment
Jodi claims to be a listener and care about a person’s health and well being especially noting her concerns with mental health. I found the opposite to be true. She asked me how I was doing and when I expressed myself she became very agitated with me and stop me and said, we were finished and she wouldn’t do the wellness exam. I’ve been trying to resolve a problem with this office for approximately a year over an issue that is about 4 years old. Being an elderly person and a combat veteran I have never been treated with such contempt and disrespect. Especially, with the officer manager, Jennifer Smith. I have lost all faith in COPC and will be seeking another provider that is professional and caring.
